What is Epi-Otic Advanced Ear Cleaner?

A well tolerated, efficient ear cleanser that facilitates the removal of cellular debris and excessive wax as well as the drying of the ear canal. The inclusion of monosaccharides has a soothing effect (anti-irritant) as well as limiting the bonding of microorganisms (anti-adhesive) to the skin surface. Because of its neutral pH, Epi-Otic Advanced Ear Cleanser should not interfere with other ear preparations.

Epi-Otic Advanced Ear Cleanser is recommended for the routine cleansing of ears in dogs and cats or prior to the application of ear preparations.

Why should I use Epi-Otic Advanced Ear Cleanser?

Epi-Otic Advanced Ear Cleanser is a non-irritating cleanser, has a neutral pH, as well as an exclusive anti-odor technology that neutralizes the unpleasant odors commonly found in otitis externa cases. It features innovative glycotechnology that inhibits yeast from adhering to the skin inside of the ears, and helps reduce the inflammatory response.

Cautions:

For topical use in animal only. Avoid contact with eyes and do not use in ears with ruptured tympanic membranes (eardrums). Keep out of reach of children.

Active Ingredient(s):

Salicylic acid (2%), also contains Disodium EDTA, PCMX, a mmonosaccharide complex (l-rhamnose, d-galactose, d-mannose), and FD&C Blue#1.

Should be stored at room temperature.

Directions:

Shake well before use. Turn the white nozzle to open the product and then apply liberally into the ear canal. Gently rub the base of the ear and then wipe the interior of the ear flap with cotton or a cloth moistened with Epi-Otic Advanced Ear Cleanser. Use from two to three times a week to daily for routine use, before each ear treatment in the case of otitis externa, or as directed by your veterinarian.

May be used in dogs and cats of any age.
