Storage Instructions:

Store at 15-25 °C (59-77 °F). Excursions permitted between 5 and 40 °C (41 and 104 °F).

Caution:

The safe use of Credelio Quattroin for breeding, pregnant or lactating dogs has not been evaluated. Overdoses can be very dangerous. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Always follow the dosage instructions provided by your veterinarian. If you have difficulty giving the medication, contact your veterinarian. If you miss a dose, give it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the one you missed and go back to the regular schedule. Do not give two doses at once. This medication should only be given to the pet for whom it was prescribed.

Recommended Dosage:

One chewable once monthly. For dogs weighing > 100 lbs, administer the appropriate combination of chewable tablets.

Always follow the directions provided by your veterinarian. Credelio Quattro must be administered with food. Care should be taken to ensure that the dog consumes the complete dose and that part of the dose is not lost or refused. If vomiting occurs within an hour after administration, readminister a new dose of Credelio Quattro. If a dose is missed, give Credelio Quattro immediately and resume a monthly dosing schedule.
